Refund/Return & Cancellation
We love to serve our customer best in the market but as we are into live plants means live life. Hence we generally avoid refund and return as it is considered to be a risk with the plant’s live. Hence, no returns are allowed. However, in case if you found that anything wrong has happened or a defective product has been sent, do let us know at the earliest. Adopt Plants is not responsible and does not guarantee refund for cases where:
- Live plants gets delayed due to incorrect address or contact information provide by customer
- Plants and other gift items or other products are delivered to incorrect address due to wrong address or contact information provided by the sender or customer itself.
- If customer raising issue after the defined time frame of raising issue.
- Deliveries failures or unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the sender, customer or if the recipient refusing to acceptance the product at the time of delivery.
- In case of product quality problems caused by improper handling of the product.
We encourage refund only in case if customer has followed return / cancellation window. Or if cancelations are made 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. In case we are unable to deliver your produce due to unavailability of the product or if we find that the destination area doesn’t come under our areas of services (the product or any sub products to you at all), we either inform you about the availability of the product or in case we are unable to serve at the area you requested to deliver, we will reimburse the complete amount. Online refund is credited directly through the exact mode the way customer has followed topay the money within 24 working hours. Refund process takes 8-10 business days to reflect in your or requester’s account.
Offline refund (which is made via cash on deliver) is generally credited once the customer shares the bank details post which it takes around 5-7 working days or depending on the bank holidays.
We are quick in action and never want our customer to wait to get their product on time. Hence once the order is made it is processed immediately, and in most of the scenarios it cannot be modified or cancelled. However, in case you want to modify or cancel your order, you always has an option to reach us at +91- 7011688837 (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday – Friday). If in case we find that your order is being delayed due to unavailability of product or if we see it may take longer time than the notified expected delivery date to customer in such situations we will try to modify or cancel the order. If the order has already been prepared or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified as we have described above we pack the live plants, unpacking and packing again may impact the plant health hence we do not encourage refund or cancellation in such instances also you will be charged for the order.
